Exclusive Recruitment Drive for DELL
On 15th July 2019, Freshersworld.com added one more success story in its Recruitment drive Book. This time it was for our elite client DELL.
Client Requirement
Dell had openings for their Analyst – Customer/Technical Training for Bangalore location. It was an Exclusive Recruitment Drive through Freshersworld.com for the BE/Btech (CSE, IS/IT) engineering graduates from 2019 Batch with 60% throughout academics.
This Drive was for the Premium members of Freshersworld.com and was a great opportunity for them to start their career with a company as good as Dell. The salary for grabs was 5.5 LPA.

Freshersworld.com was successfully able to get the maximum number of applications for the job. Freshersworld.com was involved right from the start from getting candidates for the job opening to ensuring that candidates appear for the interview. A total of 1200+ candidates applied for the job from which matching profiles for the job were 800+. 252 candidates appeared for the interview. The best part is, all of this was done within 1 week!
Brief stats of the Dell Recruitment Drive
The drive was conducted by Freshersworld.com at Reva University. It started at around 10 a.m. with over 252 energetic candidates coming in. We had a team of 12 from Dell as a part of interview panel. It started with a good welcome speech by Mr. Manoj Kumar, who was leading the Dell Panel, followed by a brief introduction about Dell culture, its job description and later moved on to Q&A session. After the first session, the candidates were sent to take up the online test.
There were 5 dedicated computer labs for the online test. From that 100 of them were shortlisted for the next round of Group Discussion. They were split into 8 groups and 50 of them got shortlisted for the Face to Face interview. Further, a final shortlist of 30 candidates from Face to Face interview were given a brief talk.
The Dell representatives assigned the shortlisted candidates with a presentation project which will be further judged on the 19th of July which is the last round to this process. Dell Recruitment Drive got ended around 6 o’clock evening on 15th July 2019.
