GradMener Drive @ Haryana and Andhra Pradesh
GradMener Technology based at Pune whose motto is to “Follow the customer” and focus on “First Time Right”. Their service offerings are focused mainly on supporting customers to improve productivity, reduce risks and optimize cost. GradMener service offerings are mainly Cloud Work Force, Build Operate Transfer, Software Testing and Specialized Testing and Recruitment & Staffing. In order to fill in their requirement of around 20 openings they have chosen the expertise of Freshersworld.com in assisting them in identifying the right campuses and talent across India.
We organized 4 drives for GradMener accordingly and the first one was conducted in the “ Green land of India “ – Haryana on 1st June’13 @ Haryana Engineering College with the Director-GradMener being the interviewer. There was a turnout of 63 students which was made possible by Mr. Ashwani Chabra (TPO-HEC) and one of the candidates was shortlisted for joining GradMener. The hospitality provided by the college and the support staff has to be mentioned in separate as they did an extra ordinary job in making the event a grand success.
Moving down to Hyderabad – “the city of pearls” ,two campus drives were scheduled on 3rd and 4th of June at Sphoorthy Engineering College and Avanthi Engineering College respectively, the campus drives were headed by Exe Director – GradMener, the responses here was really good as both the campuses have been associated with Freshersworld.com and the TPOs Mr. Sumant Kumar and Mr. Swami Rao has put in a lot of efforts themselves to pull in a crowd of 84 and 97 candidates in their respective colleges. Client and Colleges were happy with the turnouts and 2 candidates were shortlisted from each college in Hyderabad.
Further we moved to Vishakhapatnam where the last drive for GradMener was held @ Lendi Institute of Technology, Vizag. Around 63 students attended and of which 3 students were shortlisted finally.
HR- Team of GradMener was accompanied by Freshersworld.com coordinators in all the venues and the colleges have provided us ample support in logistics and making the event a grand success. The drives were conducted exclusive only for FW associated -Campuses.
The TPO’s of the campuses was extremely happy working with Freshersworld.com, and we are looking forward for more campuses in India to tie with Freshersworld.com to make Campus Recruitment 2013 up to 80% success.
