Webyog Recruitment Drive – The Biggest Drive in Recent Times

Recently, Freshersworld had conducted a recruitment drive at prestigious Reva University, Bangalore for Software Engineer Job (Salary offered 7-9 LPA) position. As we knew this will be a big event, our team had made sure to leave no stone unturned in planning everything beforehand. Thanks to our coordinators who are famously known as task force within our team as they are always ready for organizing such recruitment drives at any scale.

The drive day arrived, on 14th March; Freshersworld team (8 coordinators) reached the Reva Campus much earlier.

Around 9:30 AM, candidates started arriving at the venue. As expected, we had huge turn-up of 1800+ candidates for this drive.

As a hiring process which was defined by Webyog team, the first round was Online Assessment. So we divided candidates into two batches and conducted the Online Assessment. Around 450 candidates qualified the Assessment. As a second round, we had conducted Group Discussion for 450 candidates. So after the GD, we had around 140 candidates who are qualified for further face to face interview rounds at the Webyog office (as decided by Webyog team).

Finally, the Webyog team had the definite number of qualified candidates which they will be interviewed at the Webyog office. So we informed all the qualified candidates about the further rounds and also gave some options for the outstation candidates.

Our euphoria moment was, candidates who attended the drive said they are happy that they got an opportunity to attend the drive. And candidates who got qualified for further rounds were the happiest and we felt accomplished when candidates left the campus by saying a “Thank you Freshersworld”

After that, we were in touch with the Webyog and Candidates regularly to get the status of further rounds and got to know further rounds also were smooth as well. Hence, Webyog team could able to hire good candidates with the help of our Online Assessment tool and with the support of our team.
