•A drive to fill an opening for C++ developers (6 Nos) at Devarabisahalli, Bangalore on 13 March 2013

•The client requirements was student’s programming skills and 65% cutoff throughout academics

•700+ trained candidates met the below criteria

•Call letter sent was 420

•322 candidates attended the drive

•Selection Process: Written test, Face 2 Face Interview.

•32 candidates got shortlisted.

Challenges Faced:

1.Sourcing C++ trained candidates in the month of March when a huge chunk would have already been placed.
