Aris Global: a leading software solution provider of Pharmacovigilance consulted Freshersworld.com to fill their openings with trained candidates in Java/J2EE.
•A drive to fill an opening with trained candidates in Java/J2E was conducted at IBMR College Kormangala, Bangalore on 16 March 2013
•The client requirements was candidates who completed ME/ M.Tech/ BE/ B.Tech – (CSE/ IT/ IS)/ MCA candidates from 2012 batch with an aggregate of 60% & above throughout academics
•Call letter sent-250
•No: of candidates Attended- 122
•2 rounds: Written test, Face 2 Face Interview.
Challenges Faced:
1. Sourcing Java/J2EE trained candidates in the month of March when a huge chunk would have already been placed
2. Lining up of Karnataka pass out graduates only
