Polaris 2nd Recruitment Drive @ BLR, 25 Feb 2013
Polaris, a leading financial technology company has an opening for 1000 graduates and we had to conduct one more drive to fill this position. The drive was conducted at Don Bosco Institute of Management, Bangalore through Freshersworld.com. A huge campus on the highway to Kengeri.
The company had the requirements for BE/B.Tech (CSE/IT/IS/ECE) candidates from 2012 batch with an aggregate of 75% and above throughout 10th, 12th & UG. The hiring process was an online written test of 2 hours, the first paper was an online aptitude test and the second test was a test on SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). In addition to this they had a test to check the candidate’s ability on programing skills by a test to write java codes.
Around 215 candidates turned up, and the test was conducted in two batches, one at 10.00 am and another at 1.00 pm. Due to the unavailability of user keys, we could conduct an online test for only 100 candidates and we are sorry for the same.
