Orient Cement drive on 22nd March 2014 @ CBIT, Hyderabad

Orient Cement Recruitment drive for 2014 pass-outs as Management Trainee was scheduled on 22nd March 2014 at CBIT, Hyderabad .

Out of the 107 students that downloaded the call letter from Freshersworld.com 46 turned up and the process started at 8:30 with confirming the call letters and attendance. The HRs gave a brief detailing on the process to be held on the day before the students proceeded to the computer lab for a 2 hr online assessment.

Completing the assessment the Senior HRs and Marketing manager of Orient cement gave a 1 hr presentation on the company and its future plans and the roles expected to be performed by the Management Trainees in HR and Marketing. Further to which the results were announced and only 17 students make it to the Group activity rounds.

After the group activity and GD 2 students from HR and 4 from Marketing were shortlisted for the final personal interview. 2 candidates from Marketing was selected and informed to receive the final offer letter on 24th March. The 2 HR candidates has been scheduled a skype call with VP-Hr on 25th March first half for the final confirmation. The entire process was over by 7:00 in the evening
