MRF Tyres Recruitment(Top Manufacturing Company)-CHN

We have proved it!!! We can do fresher hiring for manufacturing industry………-MRF (Madras Rubber Factory), a major tyres manufacturing company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. MRF is India’s largest tyre manufacturing company and it exports tyre to more than 65 countries. The requirement given was for a core, technical profile and we posted the opening as “Top Manufacturing Company” for 1 week.

We were excited to have a leading tyre manufacturing company in our client portfolio and we made it sure that we can fill the client requirements. The company had around 20 openings. They wanted BE/B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering) or Diploma (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) graduates who had above 75% in UG.

We did a thorough checking of our current database and from that there were 6500 matching profiles and we send around 500 call letters. And 270 confirmed to attend the drive. But due to the heavy rainfall in Chennai not all promised candidates turned up. But also a pretty good figure of 250 candidates attended for the drive at Vel Tech Engineering College, Chennai. We could successfully conduct the test online with the lab facility at Vel Technology and the good
Wi-Fi connection. The lab had accommodation capacity of 100 candidates, so the test was conducted in two slots.

A four member team from Freshersworld Drive management team reached one day prior to the venue. And they extended all the help to make this drive successful on 3 December 2012.
