A recent recruitment drive was conducted for our esteemed client Lucid Technology Solutions at 2 locations, CIMS Bangalore and Crescent College, Chennai on 7 September 2013.
Our team was successful in maintaining clients belief in us by closing the hiring requirement of the client by lining up a total of 450 graduates of BE/B.Tech-(CS/IT/IS), MCA with BCA/BSc-(CS/IT/IS/Maths) of 2013/13 at the venue.
Two drives were conducted at Chennai and Bangalore to successfully close this requirement. Our team expected around 150 and 300 candidates for Chennai and Bangalore drive. It was up to our expectation with around 120 candidates attending the Chennai drive and 310 candidates attending the Bangalore drive.
The hiring process was a paper test of duration 1 and half hours with objective based test on aptitude, technical, logical reasoning, and descriptive questions on SQL. The papers are being evaluated and the results will published soon on results section of Freshersworld.com.
