We feel happy and privileged to complete one year of association with HDFC Life, to hire for entry level role as a J2 Band Executive Sales Trainee through Smart Achievers (SA) Program.
The program exclusively named as HDFC LIFE SMART ACHIEVERS PROGRAM, aims at bringing future leaders for the organization. The program as acclaimed by 300+ students who got selected through campus and off campus interviews, is said to be excellent in building confidence, enrich personality, communications and in giving a thumbs up to their career. The program not only aims at nurturing well-trained insurance professionals for the industry by imparting domain expertise and skill sets, but also provides assured and rewarding career opportunities with HDFC Life. HDFC Life SA program trains the students specifically to make them insurance industry ready and also recruit them as full time professionals.
The first Convocation Day which was held at Manipal University, Bangalore 18th March was the first leap towards a brilliant journey backed by a vision for the future. The grand convocation felicitated over 83 graduates from across the country. The students were awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance (PGDI) on successfully completion of the program.
At the convocation ceremony, addressing the stage Mr Amitabh Choudhry , MD and CEO, HDFC Life quoted “We at HDFC Life want to bridge the gap between unemployed youth especially in Tier 2 and 3 cities by making them job ready and meet the talent demand in the insurance industry. The intensive training and skill building imparted through a robust classroom and on-the-job training in the Smart Achievers Program will help HDFC Life to provide insurance solutions to its potential customers and thereby securing their lives, financially. We are very happy with the positive initial results from the program on the productivity and performance of Smart Achievers and the way they have been contributing to HDFC Life and to our customers as a whole. We intend to scale up this initiative in the near future and hope to make a credible difference to the industry.”
