EMC Corporation Recruitment Drive @ BLR, June 23 2013

Our FIRST big drive for BSc/BCA/BCM graduates was conducted at Garden City College, Bangalore on June 23, 2013 for our client EMC Corporation.

EMC Corporation, the global leader in enabling businesses and service providers to transform their operations and deliver Information Technology as a service (ITAAS) had openings for around 40 graduates to join as Trainee Support Engineers. The drive was for 2012/13 pass out BSc/BCM (CS/IT/IS/Electronics or Mathematics)/ BCA candidate’s batches with aggregate of 60% and above.

A great effort was put by our campus team to coordinate with the TPO’s and to spread the word of “EMC Hiring through Freshersworld.com”…….and a dedicated effort was made by the delivery team to send the call letters to all the eligible candidates.

Around 300 call letters was sent by the delivery team and the drive was attended by 220 candidates. The hiring process was Online Aptitude Test and Group Discussion.109 candidates had cleared the Online Aptitude test. The final results of the drive would be published soon on Freshersworld.com

Some of the main challenges faced by our team were
•Limited Database – Freshersworld.com is known for its BE/B.Tech database, so lining up of the BSc/BCA candidates was a main challenge
•Short notice requirement(2 weeks)

We hope that a new face would be added to BSc/BCA/BCM Hiring, with more companies coming up to hire through Freshersworld.com. So all the candidates register yourself on Freshersworld.com and get updated on upcoming jobs……….
