The heat of Campus Hiring- 2013 has started. But there are differentiators in the market who think differently.

Cerner –An international health care information technology corporation that specializes in providing complete systems for hospitals and other medical organization to manage and integrate all electronic medical records and financial information had requirements for around 10 openings. But they did it differently through us. We were their hiring partners.

The drive was conducted for 2013 ME/M.TECH CSE & IT graduates with 60% marks throughout in their academics at Dayananda Sagar College, Bangalore-a huge campus spread across 36 acres of land with a good Wi-Fi connection. The test paper was conducted online on Freshersworld platform. We could say it as an achievement for us because we conducted it online on our platform for the first time.

Now campus hiring is taking different routes. Companies like MuSigma, Cerner are taking different approaches when it comes to Campus hiring 2013. Earlier companies would visit the colleges on their own, but now they are changing the approach by considering 3rd party service providers like Freshersworld.com for their Campus Hiring. Even though the IT recruitment is not in a bullish state, hope still continues in the campuses when it comes to Campus Hiring-2013.
