Altisource a global technology service provider for real estate, mortgage, asset recovery and customer relationship management consulted Freshersworld.com for 2012 pass out Engineers with good knowledge of SQL.
•A drive was conducted at Freshersworld.com office for JobMentor candidates (having score more than 80%) in Bangalore on 30 April & 7 May 2013.
•Client Requirements– BE/ B.Tech -(CSE/ IT) candidates from 2012 batch with an aggregate of 60% & above throughout academics
•Call letter sent-250
•No: of candidates Attended– 100
•2 rounds: Written Test, Face 2 Face Interview
•No: of candidates shortlisted-30
•No: of candidates offered– 2
The Face 2 Face Interview was quite a challenging one where the shortlisted candidates were bombarded with 50 questions in mere 12 minutes. After all the rounds of interview, two of our JobMentor candidates stood tall, each holding an Altisource offer letter in their hands.
