Polaris Hiring- An Off-Campus Drive at Bangalore
The 2013 recruitment for us started off late but we did have a great start. When most of the companies is hitting the doors of campus recruitment, one of the leading financial technology company- Polaris headquartered in Chennai is conducting its Off-Campus drive for an opening of around 1000 graduates.

The company had the requirements for BE/B.Tech (CSE/IT/IS/ECE) candidates from 2012 batch with an aggregate of 70% and above throughout 10th, 12th & UG. The hiring process was an online written test of 2 hours and offline written test of 1 hour, and we are glad to tell that around 500 candidates attempted the test.
It’s the first phase of this drive and we congratulate all the 67 candidates who had cleared the first phase and have been shortlisted for the final interview. And warn all the 79 candidates who had confirmed to attend the drive but didn’t turn up. We don’t encourage such kind of behavior, a candidate who is not serious about the job is requested not to apply for the opening.Around 14 candidates have been debarred from attending any further recruitment drives through Freshersworld.com for producing fake call letters.
