As per a report, HCL Tech will employ around 10,000 freshers from Indian campuses during this fiscal year, while LTI would be hiring around 3800 freshers in the current fiscal because it believes that their business will grow at a faster pace. The IT sector is hiring talent mainly in the data and analytics space, artificial intelligence Cybersecurity and Progressive Apps. So students still studying can go into this field.
Even government companies are coming up with jobs for freshers. Students who have completed their 12th pass, Diploma, Engineering Graduates, Graduates (BBA, BMS, BBM) post Graduates, PhD etc, can find the Government Jobs in Teaching, Research, Navy, Management schools and many more. Government companies like NMDC, MRPL, ISRO, IIT, National school of Drama, Government medical college Jammu, AIIMS, REPCO Bank, SAIL, and some more are hiring for positions like management trainees, Technical assistant electrical, technical assistant, marketing personal, lab engineer, project associate, research assistant biotechnology, professor, admin assistant, junior research assistant life science, school teacher, Lab Attendant .

Salary that Top Indian Companies pay the freshers these days range from 2-6 lakhs per annum on an average. This salary depends on the position and the company you get into. Salary is one important credential based on which the fresher decides whether to join or not.
