Learnings from my All India tour : CA Program

As most of you are aware, I did a tour of the country and I am back at office. Here are some learnings from my trip and points discussed with Campus Ambassadors.

1. Samir (CA from W.B) submitted a list of bugs and enhancements which are already being actioned by the technical team.

2. Satya Dev and Ajay insisted on the need of an Off Campus drive in the NCR region and our Sales team is already working towards it.

3. Ajay Pratap Singh has taken the responsibility of the Power Prep section and he will be working along with the Freshersworld.com content team

4. Students in Fatehgarh Sahib stressed the need for Freshersworld.com being the first company to post any job offering, particularly the Govt. Sector jobs. We need the CAs to help us in this regard. We need a representative in each state reading through local employment news dailies and updating the site. Anyone who is interested can take this up. Please contact me directly.

5. Samir stressed the need for a specific newsletter for CAs so that the CAs are the first ones to get industry specific information. I am already working on this

6. Snehashish, Sanyukta and others stressed the need for local chapters and I think the first regional chapter of Freshersworld.com will be launched in Kolkata. This will help us in reaching out to students in the North East as well.

7. Similarly, Abhishek, Suman and Chinmaya will start the local chapter in Orissa.

8. Rahul Mittal, Arjun Sharma and Saumya will launch our Rajasthan local chapter.

9. The Devnets team from Fatehgarh Sahib are extremely interested in developing applications for us. They will do this from their own Devnet Lab in college.

10. Hemanth and Karthik will start the local chapter in Hyderabad.

There are more points to add. Overall, the trip was an eye opener to me and I learnt a lot from it. I would request you all to add comments below if I have missed out anything.

At Freshersworld.com, we are committed to help our CAs. So,

1. Any CA is welcome to come and intern or work at our offices in Bangalore anytime

2. Any college students group can come forward and work for our projects.

3. Any CA can take up responsibility of our regional group. Any CA who is passing out this year can still work with us in the CA alumni network.

4. Any CA can take up projects like updating the job section of our site, submitting social media applications, etc

Our futuristic aim is to create a group of highly motivated people who are leading the way to the growth of the nation! Will you join me in this initiative?

Here is a short video I made!
