HTIPL is engaged in development & delivery of high end communication platforms/component/applications in the area of Mobile Broadband, Setup box, Digital home, digital enterprise, E-Commerce, Smart phones etc.
Huawei had requirement for their offsite job opening based out of Bangalore. The job role is that of Software Engineer. Freshersworld received more than 8000 applications for the job opening out of which we shortlisted 1200 for the job drive. The job requirement is as follows-
- B.E/ B.Tech – ( CS/ IT/ IS/ ECE/ EEE) / MCA candidates from 2015/2016 batches with an aggregate of 70% in throughout academics.
- Knowledge in C/ C++/Java/Testing
- Strong problem solving and learning abilities in addition to basic programming language knowledge

Huawei is one of our premium clients and the hiring event for their entry-level requirement and it was a huge success. The client was looking for candidates with particular set of skills. In the preliminary stage, freshersworld had an important task of sifting through 1 Crore+ database to find candidates matching the client requirements. Then, the call-letter sending phase happened and about 1200+ candidates were shortlisted and sent mail based on client requirement.

The shortlisting was based on a written test and about 262 candidates have been forwarded to the 2nd round which will be conducted in client office.
